International Environmental Workshops
Created and co-led environmental education workshops in English, Spanish, and French, for government and NGO education programs, and international education conferences in Malaysia, Liberia, China, Taiwan, Belize, Abu Dhabi, Indonesia, Brazil, Ireland, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand, Spain, the United States and Canada, including at the 5th World Environmental Education Congress in Montreal (2009).
Highlights
Created and led professional development workshops for global environmental leaders on ecology-centered, neuroscience-of-play based learning skills, marketing, and communications.
Created and led trainings for thousands of educational leaders based in 15 countries, and coordinated initiatives in partnership with international organizations, including: The Taiwan National University and Taiwan EPA, the United Arab Emirates’ Abu Dhabi Environment Agency, and China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China.
Won two TogetherGreen Grants from the Audubon Society, in partnership with co-founders Ian Signer and Jose Marcos-Iga; managed grant budgets and programming.
